Pati Pavlik, a breast cancer survivor, began her carreer in permanent makeup over twenty year ago, as a traditional tattoo atrist. she is the owner and operator of "permanent eyes inc.," the nation's oldest establishment specialising in permanent makeup. Ms. Pavlik is known for her field research and development of cleo colors, a line og pigments named after her mother and designed specifically for permanent makeup tattooing.
Ms. Pavlik is the founder and president of the National Cosmetic Tattooing association (NCIA), located in Tehachapi, CA, USA, and has been a leader in the field of permanent cosmetics since 1979. Ms. Pavlik has been training Permanent Makeup Technicians for over a decade. She is best known for her "down to earth" approach to education and is a sought-after international speaker.
Her positions, as both the Education Advisor and Technical Advisor for the SPCP, afford her the oppertunity to share her extensive knowledge and experiences with other PM technicians
